con ccleaner disattiva tutti i programmi in avvio tranne l'antivirus.
elimina anche tutti i punti di ripristino(tranne l'ultimo)

Intanto Grazie per l'interessamento, diciamo che non è migliorato niente anche se ho fatto tutte e due le procedure che avete postato.
Non so veramente cosa sta succedendo, adesso quando vado per fare l'arresto del sistema fa tutta la procedura di spegnimento, infatti mi esce il messaggio avvio chiusura in corso, dopo qualche secondo si spegna il monitor ma la torre rimane in funzione, per spegnerla devo togliere l'alimentazione oppure tenendo premuto il pulsante on/off.

No non ho installato nessun driver o programma, o meglio da quando sto avendo problemi ho provato ha installare qualcosa coma antivirus e un programma per frammentare, non altro. Comunque provo a fare un ripristino del sistema e vediamo cosa succede, vi terro informati. Grazie.

AVG disinstallato, però l'ho installato ieri pensando che può stare un virus che defender non trovava.
