Sono passato da 10 giorni alla fibra con Wind Tre. Prima con adsl era tutto ok.
Ora se uso il PC in WI Fi è tutto ok.
Se invece collego il cavo Eterneth ogni tanto la connessione si blocca e mi compare il seguente messaggio: È stato rilevato un cambio di rete. ERR_NETWORK_CHANGED.
Spybot l'ho installato solo 3 gg. fa per vedere se risolvevo il problema. Ho antivirus Karperky 2018.

La fibra Wind Tre è una schifezza,anch'io sono passato alla fibra 100 da dieci giorni,costantemente cade la connessione ed il telefono non funziona,fatti diversi reclami,ma ancora non hanno sistemato positivamente il problema,speriamo al più presto,leggo reclami da ogni dove per la fibra.

Il tuo problema è creato dal collegamento perchè la fibra di wind, che è una porcheria, va a scatti, il log non ha problemi e quindi niente infezioni, l'unica cosa da fare è di disattivare tutti i programmi in avvio automatico, tranne l'antivirus, hai in avvio anche Defender che dovrebbe essere disattivato da Karperky. Pulisci con Ccleaner e pulizia del Registro.

Nel mio portatile ho attivato soltanto antivirus W. Defender all'avvio,ma il problema persisterà se Wind non regolarizza la connessione,anche oggi mi hanno assicurato che stanno provvedendo,per il mio caso ovviamente.
