Ho fatto come dici ma quando si apre la finestrella "italiano" e clicco mi compare ancora errore ecc.quindi sono fermo.
C'e' qualcosa che non va.
Secondo te, puo' esserci qualche malware gia' attivo che non permette l'installazione, oppure qualche altra cosa?
E' come se qualcosa impredisse di installarlo perche' non vuole essee tolto.

Per il momento ho fatto questo. Quello che mi hai mandato in allegato non funziona., Il mio pc e' xp e sono riuscito a fare solo con questo adwclearer

Per darti maggiori informazioni ti dico che ho provato altre volte la installazione ma il problema e' sempre lo stesso. Spero che con i dati richiesti riesca ad idividuare il problema.

Ieri sera ho fatto una scansione completa con un altro antivirus e dopo 2 ore ha trovato 4 virus ed 1 no virus.
Ho completato la pulizia con tutto quello che ho, proprio quakche minuto fa.
La scansione che mi chiedi, prima di sapere quello che ti ho appena detto, va bene se la faccio oppure devo prima provare se l'antimalware e vedere se per caso si e' rimesso a posto?

Ho scaricato quello heai mandato ma non ha funzionato.
Poi mi e' venuto in mente di aver caricato hijackthis in documenti e si e' aperto, e\d e; quello che vedi in questo momento.
Se non andasse bene provero' in modalita' provvisoria.

intanto fixa tutti gli 04 tranne l'antivirus
poi cancella dal post tutti gli 01 che occupano spazio.
per i siti "a richio" ti consiglio di aprirli con sandboxie. una volta uscito vengono eliminati e non c'è pericolo che infettino il pc

rifai tutte le pulizie lasciando per ultimo MBAM

per cancellare il post vai su edit/selezioni gli 01 ed elimini. per fixare apri ihacthis scan only spunti le caselline con 04 tranne l'antivirus e fixi. NON fixare gli 01 (non so cosa sono, aspetta cbbusto)
