sono andata all'assistenza Sony Vajo per chiedere notizie di queste partizioni nascoste e/o dove le posso trovare per capire quali programmi sono stati preinstallati.
Come dicevo purtroppo si può dialogare solo in inglese a meno che non si chiami in numero che mi hanno passato.

Ad ogni modo ho cercato di cavarmela però sinceramente in termini tecnici non ho capito cosa intendono.
Siccome su queste cose sei molto più ferrato di me e so che l'inglese....lo mastichi bene, mi sai dire in definitiva cosa vogliono??

Mi sembra dalla secondo risposta di aver capito che devo fare un update ma non ne sono sicura.
Ti metto qui col copia incolla le due risposte.

I am afraid that we cannot provide e-support in Italian.

Might you wish to contact the Italian technical support line, please call 848 801 541. Our opening times are: Mon-Fri, 8 am to 6 pm.
Did you create the recovery DVDs? If you created them, you will be able to reinstall the preinstalled software with them.
You will also be able to reinstall utilities through the VAIO Recovery Center. To access the recovery tool, please click Start / type ‘VAIO Recovery Center ‘ / choose ‘Reinstall Programs or Drivers’ / Start / Next / choose the VAIO Update.

It is not possible to install programs from the Vaio recovery media individually. The preinstalled programs can only be installed as part of the format and recovery process. Please update the case if you require any further assistance.
