Il mio pc fa le bizze, in internet a volte nel girare pagina si inceppa e sta almeno da 15 a 30 secondi senza che nemmeno la freccetta si muova. Poi si sblocca
Ho scanzionato tutto con CCleaner, MB, Spybot,adwcleaner
Non hanno rilevato nessuno anomalia

Dal log non appare niente di pericoloso, ci sono delle voci inutili in avvio che si possono disattivare.
Non vedo antivirus, cosa usi?

Gli inceppamenti potrebbero dipendere dal router oppure qualche pagina web che non si vuole caricare.
Se il problema si presenta solo in qualche sito potrebbe essere il server malfunzionante oppure un sito poco sicuro, sono tutte ipotesi.

L'antivirus alle volte non appare, magari è stato disattivato, comunque MSE va bene.

Queste sono le voci da disattivare in Avvio, puoi usare anche Ccleaner, vai in Strumenti Avvio, per disattivare una voce fai doppio clic e la voce SI alla sinistra diventa NO, in questo modo la voce viene disattivata dall'avvio automatico.

Prova a fare uno scandisk e testa le memorie, potrebbe anche essere un problema hardware.
Scansionare con antivirus in questi casi serve a poco.

Sono d'accordo con cbbusto, oltre a verificare le temperature del PC con speccy. Inoltre, apri gestione dispositivi, e controlla se noti delle periferiche non funzionanti con il segnale di allerta.

Per il test della memoria puoi usare lo strumento di windows, vai in Pannello di Controllo>Strumenti di Amministrazione>
clic su Diagnostica memoria windows, ci sono anche programmi per testare le Ram uno è Memtest che però io non ho mai usato, per questo mitico o altri sapranno essere più precisi.
