quando da qualsiasi browser provo ad andare su google, youtube e facebook, a parte rarissime eccezioni, mi si apre una finestra con scritto:

" la pagina all'indirizzo www.google.it dice: WARNING internet explorer is currently out of date. please update to continue."

dopo questa, sia chiudendola che dicendogli ok, si apre la pagina con il logo di IE e scritto :

se clicco qualsiasi cosa nella pagina mi scarica un setup. è un virus ma non so che fare, la scansione mi ha eliminato un virus ma non è cambiato nulla. ho provato a ripristinare il computer con l'applicazione di VAIO Care "ripristino intero sistema" ma non me la fa usare, perché credo non sia aggioranto. l'ho provato ad aggiornare e mi aggiorna tutto tranne la voce " VAIO Care Recovery " che credo contenga i drivers per l'utilizzo dell'applicazione di ripristino. è come se il virus bloccasse l'accesso ad alcune piattaforme e a questo aggiornamento. cosa posso fare? qualcuno di voi può inviarmi i driver di questo aggiornamento? grazie aspetto il vostro aiuto!

ah! in più ora ho provato ad installare il setup che mi scaricava, e avg mi ha bloccato il virus, che erano tipo 3-4, e ora il computer mi si apre con scritto in basso a dx sul desktop: modalità test windows 7 build 7600.

in pratica non posso nemmeno installare programmi ora, non sono in accesso come amministratore....

grazie, sono riuscito a fare il ripristino anche se come sempre lo fa solo del disco C, mentre io ho anche un D interno che però non tocca. solo che il problema non s'è risolto..ora proverò a ripristinare anche il D a parte e a vedere che succede, altrimenti non so che pesci prendere e dovrò andare da un tecnico a sborsare soldi! altri consigli?

Perdonami, se hai ripristinato la partizione C tramite la partizione di ripristino come spiegato nella guida, e questa è andata a buon fine, è difficile che il problema

non si sia risolto. A cosa serve questa procedura allora, se non a riportare il PC alle impostazioni di fabbrica?

pulisci con glary ( lo trovi nel sito )

spegni e riaccendi e fai una scansione con malwarebytes ----- pulisci tutto

poi fai gli aggiornamenti update

scansiona con hjiackthis posta il log
