Il log sembra pulito che problemi riscontri?

Installa un firewall se non ne utilizzi già uno.

se uno è un esperto haker entra anche se ci sono firewall, violano anche siti bancari figuriamoci, ma non averne proprio si apre la porta anche agli imbecilli.

Fai una scansione con Spybot in modalità provvisoria, per verificare se ci sono spyware, questi servono da programma per accedere da un computer esterno.

comunque può essere anche un normale funzionamento di windows se si sente il disco frullare in continuazione, Vista ad esempio fa la deframmentazione automatica quando è necessario.
