Problemi con Office 2003 - Potete controllarmi il log di HijackThis? Opzioni

Da qualche giorno riscontro "strani" rallentamenti al comando "Apri con" e "Salva con" do poessere entrato in uno degli applicativi Office 2003 SP3 (Access, Excel o Word).
Il rallentamento dell'apertura dei comandi segnalati si verifica solo al primo lancio (ritardo medio di 20 secondi ed eventuale blocco con uscita forzata dall'applicativo); se tutto "va bene" ad un secondo lancio del comando i tempi di apertura tornano normali.
Ho già provato scansioni con Microtrend on-line e Antimalware, ho provato a pulire registro e deframmentare il disco con AdvancedSystemCare e Glary Utility, ma senza alcun esito...

S.O. Windows XP SP3 + Kaspersky 2009 Internet Security + SuperAntiSpyware.
Mi resta l'ultimo dubbio che "qualcosa" abbia superato le barriere!d'oh!

Ciao.
Il log non presenta infezioni.
Se hai fatto le dovute scansione con i software di difesa installati, le cause sono da cercare altrove.
Prova a rivolgerti nella sezione Office, forse trovi, chi ti può aiutare meglio.
