il computer ad ogni avvio ece una finestra con scitto( error cannot open file cpieng.dll) dopo averla chiusa il computer funziona regolarmente.mi domando se è un file di sistema cancellato per errore,in tal caso come posso reinstallarlo. unisco il log ripulito come da indicazione di alfonso e colgo l' occasione per ringraziare lui e tutti quelli del forum per il prezioso aiuto

Il log é pulito, forse si tratta di qualche file pericoloso eliminato ma che é rimasto nel registro di sistema

prova a eseguire queste operazioni

riavvia in modalità provvisoria, leggi qui come fare

sempre in modalità provvisoria fai una scansione Antivirus
