Ho lanciato Spybot - Search & Destroy e alla fine mi trova puntualmente FunWebProducts nelle chiavi di registro. Clicco sul tasto per ripristinare il problema ma il programma mi dice che non possono essere corretti perchè i file risultano ancora in memoria. Cosa vuol dire?? Ti incollo il log e ti ringrazio in anticipo.

1) Disattiva il ripristino di configurazione, leggi qui come fare

2) riavvia in modalità provvisoria, leggi qui come fare

apri HIJAC THIS ed elimina come indicato in questo articolo
http://www.aiutamici.com/software/descrizione.asp?CodSw=1175
le righe che seguono, (nel caso le righe da eliminare non compaiono in modalità provvisoria, eliminale dalla modalità normale e riavvia il computer).

Con la funzione TROVA di Windows, cerca ed elimina questi file,

al termine utilizza i programmi AD-AWARE e SPYBOT indicati in questo articolo

sempre in modalità provvisoria fai una scansione Antivirus

quindi riavvia il computer e controlla se il problema e risolto, se e tutto OK riattiva il ripristino configurazione disattivato all'inizio di questa procedura.

Allora Alfonso ho fatto tutto come hai detto tu anche se con cerca non ha trovat nessun file hotkeysvc.exe e con Spybot continuo a non riuscire a cancellare quei filce di FunWebProducts che continua a vedere in memoria.

Ti inserisco il nuovo log e aspetto tue notizie su cosa fare per risolvere il problema di Spybot che ho lanciato sia in modalità provvisoria che normale.

Fai la scansione con Spybot in modalità provvisoria, se comunque trova degli oggetti che non riesce a rimuovere non preoccuparti a volte segnala cose strane.

Invece fai un controllo antivirus on line da questo indirizzo

Per il file che ti ho detto di eliminare, se non lo trovi forse e perché lo creava dinamicamente, ma anche se presente nel disco, l'importante e che non venga eseguito, quindi basta aver tolto la riga, speriamo non hai qualche virus, questi non si possono controllare dal log, appunto fai quella scansione on line per sicurezza.
