Salve, torno dop molto tempo a salutarVi perchè ho un problema delicato. Il portatile che utilizzo per lavoro non mi riconosce più le porte USB e nemmeno il DVD che proprio sembra non esserci più. Un ripristino ad alcuni gg indietro ha sistemato solo temporaneamente e il problema si è ripresentato. Il PC non ha documenti importanti essendo tutto salvato altrove. I dischi originali hanno solo w8 mentre in fase di prima attivazione ho scelto w7 che per me è tassativo. Sospetto un virus, ho recentemente installato Java e alcuni programmi richiesti da Poste Italiane. AdwCleaner non rileva nulla. Qualcuno di esperto ha per piacere tempo e voglia di darmi una mano?.
