mi capita che un soft ACQUISTATO non si registri nuovamente dopo formattazione

premetto ... computer desk ... ( stesso computer con 2 HD separati )

con win 8.1 registrato
con win 10 impossibile registrarlo ( prima di criptofile ... registrato e fungeva )

ho spedito mail al fornitore che prontamente mi risponde

3. The license is showing as properly registered on the following copies of the software:

•The client with Product ID "E191E0.......................8B1AD" on the computer named "DESKTOP-EU......0C"
•The client with Product ID "61C5B.......................4D7CC4" on the computer named "DESKTOP-MV.....HC"

This most commonly indicates an issue at the local computers where the server is unable to communicate with the clients that they are registered versions of the software but also indicates that the clients were able to communicate TO the server that they exist and that they have been assigned the license key.

Please see the following for a possible cause:

Server Configuration

The generic approach is applicable for any HTTP proxy, running under any operating system:

• Allow outgoing HTTP access to *.re..........lsystem.com domain via ports 80 and 443

• Enable cache for up to 500MB

Abbiamo ricercato la licenza sul server e trovato le seguenti operazioni:

1. la licenza è valida e buona attraverso 24/09/2016

2. la licenza ha due applicazioni totale

3. la licenza è mostra correttamente che è registrato sulle seguenti copie del software:

•The client con ID prodotto "E191E............68F3F18B1AD" sul computer denominato "DESKTOP-EU....C"

•The client con ID prodotto "61C5B............04D7CC4" sul computer denominato "D..........................C"


pertanto indica un problema al computer dove il server è in grado di comunicare con i client nelle versioni registrate del software, ma indica anche che i clienti sono in grado di comunicare al server che essi esistono e che sono stati assegnati la loro chiave di licenza.


Vedere le seguenti possibili cause:

Configurazione del server

L'approccio generico è applicabile per qualsiasi proxy HTTP, in esecuzione in qualsiasi sistema operativo:


• Consentire l'accesso HTTP in uscita a *. returnilvirtualsystem.com dominio tramite le porte 80 e 443

• Abilita cache fino a 500 MB


quello che non mi è chiaro è cosa devo fare .... ed anche come riuscire a farlo ( ultime tre righe )
