Ciao ragazzi,
ho un problema con il mio pc portatile: è un ASUS K52jc i5, con 4 gb di ram che ho da circa 5 anni. S.O. Windows 7 Solo ultimamente riscontro i seguenti problemi (non so se siano attribuibili al processore):
1. Il mese scorso (quando faceva ancora più caldo) si scaldava molto in corrispondenza della ventola (che rumoreggiava maggiormente), fuoriusciva dell'aria caldissima e per 3 volte mi si è spento del tutto di sana pianta; ho notato che ciò succede tuttora (per fortuna non mi si spegne più) se lo carico di applicazioni (ad esempio mantengo skype acceso, ho una serie di finestre di chrome attive, whatsapp web attivo ecc...), insomma se faccio uso intenso del medesimo. (Ogni tanto monitoro i processi attivi in Gestione attività di Windows e mi rendo conto che chrome è davvero oneroso in termini di ram).
2. Non di rado, quando vado a riprendere l'esecuzione (dopo averlo mandato in ibernazione), fa fatica a riprendere la sessione e si blocca.
Come posso intervenire per capire quale possa essere il problema? E' un problema HW (attribuibile a quale componente? scheda madre, processore, ram, ventola di raffreddamento?) o SW? Datemi una mano per favore, non so proprio da dove partire e cosa monitorare esattamente...

Ciao. Non ne accenni ma in 5 anni hai mai provveduto a ripulirlo dalla polvere? Nel 99% di questi casi ciò che segnali è dovuto ad un accumulo di polvere sulla CPU e il suo sistema di raffreddamento.
