hai provato a seguire il percorso in C: se trovi qualche cartella o file ?
Ti avevo consigliato la scansione con ADWcleaner e postare il log ? ti consiglio di farla il sw elimina adware, toolbar e file inutili.
Aspetto il log e poi dimmi se ci sono ancora problemi. Ciao
