Ciao a tutti
ho notato che spesso questo file utilizza moltissima cpu
anche il ciclo del sistema arriva ad utilizzare il 95%.

Non ti sò rispondere per il log, ma da quello che vedo hai un po' di aggiornamenti 'urgenti' da fare...

XP SP2, metti il servicepack 3

Internet Explorer 6, aggiornalo alla versione 8, anche se non lo usi normalmente

Da quello che ricordo, il ciclo di sistema è normale che indichi un valore vicino al 100%

L'altro, svchost, serve per moltissimi usi, potrebbe essere normale anche quello che arrivi a valori alti

Hai problemi particolari? Quanta RAM hai? CPU? Disco fisso?

Ciao, in parte ti ha già risposto bobo, in effetti problemi non se ne vedono, dici che il pc è molto lento, guardando la configurazione non si può certo pretendere molto, una cpu vecchiotta e scarsa, il disco fisso piccolissimo, ci sta il Sistema Operativo e pochi programmi ed è pieno, ti ricordo che un HD pieno all'ottanta per cento e oltre da delle prestazioni pessime, l'unica parte valida è la RAM con quasi 2Gb ti permette di sopravvivere.
L'unica cosa che si può fare è eliminare il superfluo.
Per primo devi aggiornare il Service Pack e installare il S.P. 3 che è un pò pesantino, ma col S.P. 2 il tuo sistema non è aggiornabile e quindi poco protetto. Dovresti tenere i programmi strettamente necessari e che usi spesso e gli altri metterli su un disco esterno o una chiavetta.

Chiudi tutti i programmi e disconnesso lanci HJT e clicca sul secondo pulsante: Do a system scan only poi metti la spunta alle voci che ti indico e alla fine clic su Fix checked:

Conosci questo indirizzo: ospcn.int,server.int, se ti è sconosciuto allora fixa anche queste voci:

Poi fai una pulizia con Ccleaner QUI compreso il Registro, per il registro spunta tutte le voci, acconsenti al backup.
Vai in C:\windows, cerca la cartella Prefetch e la svuoti completamente, svuota il Cestino.

Disattiva il ripristino configurazione di sistema
start,pannello di controllo,sistema,configurazione di sistema,metti la spunta a
"disattiva ripristino configurazione di sistema su tutte le unita'",applica,ok.
spegni e riaccendi il pc, (fai l’operazione inversa per riattivarlo) e crea un nuovo punto tuo.

Per creare un nuovo punto di ripristino del sistema in XP

Start - Tutti i programmi – Accessori - Utilità di sistema - Ripristino configurazione clic su Crea
nuovo punto – Avanti mettere un nome del nuovo punto poi clic su crea ok, chiudi.
Deframmenta il disco, se vuoi un buon programma usa QUESTO leggero e veloce, puoi usare anche la versione non installabile Win.AUP, la prima volta clicca su deframmenta e ottimizza, riunisce bene tutti i file velocizzando la ricerca.
