N.B. Ringrazio anticipatamente a chi vorrà darmi dei consigli,essendo impossibilitato ad installare SP1.

da parecchio tempo, sia mia figlia che io, tentiamo di installare SP1 ma dà sempre errore"8000FFFF",da Windows Update,attualmente nella barra gù del monitor c'è l'icona di disponibilità di nuovi aggiornamenti(SP1).Ho acquistato il pc nel giugno 2008,forse dovrebbero installarsi degli aggiornamenti usciti prima di quella data?

ma gli esperti sono andati in ferie?Pregasi dare una controllatina a questo LOG,grazie e buona giornata.
