Ciao ho il seguente problema:
aprendo sia cartelle che internet explorer mi appare questo critical error:

sotto ci sono 2 pulsanti si o no, qualsiasi cosa premo si apre questa pagina

...le cartelle le apre mentre non mi permette di navigare in internet.
Inoltre mi mette come motore di ricerca predefinito un certo CRAWLER.

Attendi di avere responsi più seri e accurati da altri più in gamba di me prima di far qualunque cosa.
Per intanto, ti posso dire che la voce

mi par MOLTO sospetta (di certo, non pare sia un file "di Sistema", come conferma anche quel che vie riportato al sottostante link:

Inoltre, mi pare di pessimo auspicio anche la voce:

Nell'attesa di altri consigli, ti suggerisco comunque di disabilitare il tuo Ripristino configurazione di sistema e poi di andare a fare una bella scansione online sul sito Housecall/Trendmicro:

Puoi andarci sia con Firefox che con IE. ti suggerisco di optar per la scansione basata sulla Macchina Virtuale di Java. Al termine della scansione (che può durare un po': devi avere pazienza) c'è anche la possibilità, cliccando sull'apposito "pulsante", di eliminare i malwares eventualmente rilevati.
