Non sono un conoscitore esperto di Hijack però ho notato che hai due antivirus Avast e AVG e ciò non va bene è come tenere 2 galli in un pollaio loro litigano e la faina entra perciò eliminane uno.
In secondo luogo hai un casino di programmi in avvio automatico che non servono al funzionamento del pc (le righe 04) per cui disattivale tutte tranne l'antivirus lo puoi fare con CCLeaner o fixarle con Hijack.
Visto che hai W7 io attiverei il suo antivirus Defender dato che AVG è un poco pesantuccio e Avira non scansiona la posta.
