Volevo deframmentare e quando lancio il defrag mi appare questo messaggio "utilità di deframmentazione dischi è stata pianificata utilizzando un altro programma". Volevo un aiuto per risolvere il problema. grazie

Purtroppo non riesco ad arrivare alla schermata "Utilità di frammentazione dischi" mi viene fuori la maschera con al scritta "utilità di deframmentazione dischi è stata pianificata utilizzando altro programma" con la possibilità di cliccare su un tasto che dice "rimuovi impostazioni" ma azionandolo non succede nulla.

il problema l'ho notato dopo essere tornato indietro da win 10, adesso ho installato defraggler e stato facendo con lui

Ho disinstallato defraggler e pulito il registro con ccleaner, ma non è cambiato nulla. quando apro l'utilità di deframmentazione dischi, esce la solita maschera di cui sopra.

Spero di aver fatto tutto bene.

Il log di HJT non presenta problemi, le altre scansioni non hanno trovato niente di pericoloso, JRT ha eliminato alcone chiavi di registro e parecchie cartelle vuote.

lo trovi in Windows/System32
prova a sostituirlo,
lo prelevi da un altro PC e ce lo copi sopra.
