La lentezza è dovuta al PRG gwx.exe, che in pratica è la prenotazione al w10.
Ti sta scaricando il s.o per cui tutte le risorse sono assorbite da questo processo.
Vai negli aggiornamenti installati e disinstalla il KB 3035583.
Poi quando ti riappare negli update devi "nasconderlo".

Per il controllo log aspetta gli amici più informati di me.

Se hai installato solo un giga di RAM devi portarlo a 2.
