Ecco il log completo...ho già provato a disattivare gli aggiornamenti automatici ma non cambia niente..inoltre penso che ci sia di mezzo anche un virus, perchè a volte la barra delle applicazioni cambia colore e diventa bianca e questo sarebbe impossibile senza la presenza di un corpo estraneo..secondo te posso rischiare a usare Combofix..?...dicono che a volte è disastroso per i file di sistema...

si...ho provato a disinserire aggiornamenti automatici e aggiornato Explorer ma niente tutto come prima.....

grazie ! grazie ! grazie ! mi hai salvato il PC ormai non ci speravo più, non sò come ringraziarti..ero disperato..!! non mi sembra vero la cpu è tornata a funzionare correttamente, ringrazio tutti e faccio i miei complimenti al sito non è facile trovare gente seria e competente di questi tempi, un solo ultimo dubbio...gli aggiornamenti automatici devo tenerli disinseriti o posso metterli come prima ? ti ringrazio ancora...!!!

Sono contento che almeno in parte hai risolto il tuo problema.
Per quanto riguarda lo scaricamento non automatico degli aggiornamenti ti puoi collegare a Windows Update ogni 15 giorni e gli aggiornamenti necessari ti vengono proposti e li puoi installare così.

Per tentare di risolvere definitivamente il problema di Aggiornamenti Automatici verifica che non vi siano file di sistema danneggiati con SFC. Vedi questa guida; non c'è da installare niente:
