Mi si apre in tutti e due i casi, anche se non apro internet cmq il pc è connesso tramite wifi. Recentemente ho scaricato se non sbaglio un aggiornamento di silverlight o flashplayer, ma non so bene se fosse un aggiornamento o altro.

Ciao vai in programmi e disinstalla tutte le toolbar che trovi poi usa ccleaner e fai "pulizia" e "registro" poi vai in ccleaner strumenti-avvio- e disattiva tutto tranne l'antivirus poi riavvia .
se il problema c'e' ancora lancia nuovamente hijackthis pero' nella sez. sicurezza e virus in modo da aver piu' visibilita' dagli esperti
