Non andiamo bene. Meglio se dicevi cos'ha il pc.
Segui il percorso ed elimina questo file, C:\Program Files\Searchqu Toolbar\Datamngr\datamngrUI.exe elimina anche la cartella.
Cacaoweb va eliminato: Ctrl + Alt + Canc ->Avvia Gestione Attivita ( Su Vista o Seven)-> Processi -> cacaoweb.exe > Tasto Destro > Termina processo.
Poi segui il percorso ed elimina: C:\Users\Giovanni\AppData\Roaming\cacaoweb\cacaoweb.exe

Chiudi tutti i programmi e disconnesso lanci HJT e clicca sul secondo pulsante: Do a system scan only poi metti la spunta alle voci che ti indico e alla fine clic su Fix checked.

Poi scarica QUESTO programma, lo aggiorni e fai una scansione COMPLETA, non rapida elimina tutto quello che trova, posta il log.

Fai una pulizia con Ccleaner Registro compreso.
