Malwarebytes installato nel pc lo uso regolarmente e aggiornato a ieri,c'è anche MSE e spyboot usati e aggiornati ma dopo le scansioni mi dicono tutto regolare

scaricato combo fix mi dice disattivare mse l'ho addirittura eliminato anche il setup ma combo mi dice che è ancora in funzione, cosa posso fare?

ho scaricato combo fix da IE-firefox e chrome come si fa a salvare i download sul deskop? me li trovo scaricati nella cartella dowload.
