Il mio antivirus avg mi ha trovato un problema un trojan l'ho messo in quarantena, ora quando accendo il pc
mi appare una finestra con questa scritta

errore durante il caricamento di C:\windows\system32\sshnas.dll
accesso negato

avg nella quarantena segna il problema dicendo

trojan Downloader Agent2.PRD

il pc poi funziona bene non mi da problemi se avete una soluzione ben venga

Controlla per prima cosa i servizi che partono all' avvio con msconfig

mi posti un log di hijackthis?

magari i servizi li contro lliamo dopo....

avvia il programma cliccando l’eseguibile e avvia la scansione, scegliendo la voce "Do a system scan and save a logfile"

Ricordati di mettere HIJACKTHIS in una cartella a lui dedicata (in Programmi o Documenti), l'importante è che non si trovi sul desktop o in cartelle temporanee è importante se vuoi salvare i backup

Posta il log che ti rilascia

Resta il fatto che non ho capito una cosa ma questi trojan o virus che nella quarantena dell'avg sono

Questi si può tentare di cancellarli in maniera sicura o sono librerie di sistema che servono per windows?

ho avuto lo stesso problema di syl e ho risolto eliminando la chiave di registro che avviava il virus attraverso regedit. La chiave di registro è quella segnalata da pidue.
