se descrivi quali problemi riscontri ci darai una mano in piu' per aiutarti

per adesso esegui queste operazioni

Avvia Hijack e clicca su "do a system scan only"
Metti la spunta a queste voci e clicca su "fix checked"

scarica Malwarebytes http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam/program/mbam-setup.exe
1) lo installi
2) lo aggiorni
3) fai una scansione scegliendo la modalità completa
4) NON eliminare per ora le ventuali minacce che rileva
5) finita la scansione seleziona il tabellino log, apri il file di testo e postalo sul forum

Capita che a volte non apre le finestre o le apre dopo un attesa non normale.
Altro prob, non si sente l'altoparlante di sx...non è la scheda audio in quanto in cuffia è ok...forse è partito l'altoparlante del portatile...
La spunta l'ho fatta ma non fissa nulla, in quanto mi dice che le stringhe selezionate fanno parte del sistema.
Comunque ti ringrazio per la gentilezza.

Non so dire nulla in merito alla non-validità delle voci, però penso che è meglio fixarle dalla modalità provvisoria. Cioè devi riaprire Hijackthis in modalità provvisoria e da lì evidenziarle e premere Fix.

le righe che ti ho postato sono da eliminare, prova da provvisoria come ti ha suggerito square

questa se non la conosci, fixala insieme alle altre
