Vi ringrazio
ho Kaspersky come antivirus
non riesce a completare la scansione e mi dice: malfunzionamento l'attività è stata interrotta
il computer si blocca e appare la scritta bianca su fondo blu di windows
che posso fare?

Ciao, in attesa di qualche amico esperto, potresti provare a disinstallare l'antivirus, eseguire una pulizia del files compreso registro con questo programma:
http://software.aiutamici.com/software?ID=11223

E poi riavviare il computer e reinstallare il software antivirus.

io avevo un problema analogo al tuo,non riuscivo a fare scansioni,il pc si resettava da solo...ho rimediato con uno scandisc approfondito.puoi provare,dopo il suggerimento di dario.

vi sono grato per la cortesia e le risposte tempestive
si, Ho aggiornato Kaspersky (Internet security 2010)
fatta la prima ed unica scansione completa che si è bloccata
ho scritto a Kaspersky Lab mi hanno mandato getsysteminfo ma a tutt'oggi
nessuna risposta da parte loro
voi siete più bravi

Ciao se hai scaricato la versione 736,disinstallala immediatamente lasciando solo i dati di attivazione(te lo chiede al momento della disinstallazione) prima pero' vai sul sito di kaspersky e scarica sempre kav 2010 ,ma la versione 463 la metti sul dektop e poi disinstalli la versione attuale se hai la 736.
Prima di fare la scansione vai qui: http://telecharger.kaspersky.fr/GSI/GetSystemInfo.exe

Avvia il file GetSystemInfo.exe con un doppio click. Se il tuo sistema operativo è Windows Vista, esegui invece il file GetSystemInfo.exe selezionandolo con un click destro del mouse e scegliendo la voce "Esegui come amministratore".
Fai click sul bottone "Create Report" e attendi la fine del processo di analisi. Al termine della procedura, comparirà la finestra "Success": fate click su Ok. Sul Desktop verrà creato automaticamente un file .zip del tipo GetSystemInfo_NomeUtente_Data_Ora.zip.

Apri la pagina web di GetSystemInfo Parser per effettuare l'upload del file .zip creato in precedenza. Fai click su Sfoglia..., selezionate il file .zip creato sul Desktop e premi il bottone Apri. Infine fai click su Invia per avviare l'upload del file. Dopo qualche secondo, apparirà un messaggio che attesta il successo dell'operazione. La pagina del vostro report si aprirà automaticamente dopo il caricamento dei dati.

a quel punto controlla il colore del semaforo e dimmi se ha trovato software incompatibili o infezioni.

Ciao,non non e' necessario postarmi questo cancellalo dal post,quando invii il file log da analizzare la pagina che si apre ti da una videata con scritto un colore YELLOW-GREEN-RED,con 4 voci driver da aggiornare, software sconosciuti, software incompatibili,host. Mi basta sapere cosa ti scrive su quelle voci.

scusate l'intromissione, ciao enigmista63, ho fatto anch'io come hai consigliato bnnfour perchè ho rilevato una grande lentezza, ora con il 463 va decisamente meglio e non ho problemi come ha invece bnnfour, pensi che la lentezza da me riscontrata sia causata da Kaspersky 2010 763??? Ciao

Whistle Ciao che dire? intanto ti auguro buona fortuna con il nuovo antivirus,secondo NON PUOI AVERE LA INTERNET SECURITY 2010 SE HAI KAV, c'e' parecchia differeza tra KIS 2010 e KAV 2010.
Inoltre (cosi' rispondo anche a terramare),quando si installa un software di protezione quest'ultima va settato secondo le proprie esigenze e secondo le caratteristiche del proprio pc.
Per terramare di che lentezza parli? della scansione o della navigazione in internet?

ciao enigmista63, la lentezza è dovuta nella navigazione ed anche nell'apertura della home page di Google appena mi connetto, dapprima appare le barre degli strumenti poi dopo un po la scritta di Google. ho pulito con ccleaner e malaware ma è rimasto questa lentezza. Ciao

cIao e scusa se vengo a risponderti solo ora, ho kaspersky internet security 2010 9 0 0 463 (b c ) perchè ho disinstallato il 763 e devo dire che vado meglio, per il resto windows Home edition con IE8, 2GB di ram, ho un toshiba satellite M70 -289 pentium, tempo fa avevo installato mozilla e devo dire che gira molto bene però sono tornato in IE per nostalgia ma secontinua così ripasso di là. Ciao
