Ciao ragazzi sono preoccupato perchè qualcosa ha fatto cadere la connessione sul mio portatile, un Lenovo r60e, S.O. xp professional 2002 con service pack 3, Avira antivirus.
Ho una connessione adsl con Tele 2 e domenica alle 20 è caduta la connessione.
Diverse anomalie, ho lanciato hijackthis ed è ancora in funzione.
Il canale del mio router è l' 11 ora vedo che sono sul canale 6.
Nelle prestazioni del sistema in visualizzatore eventi è apparso il messaggio, invio di un controllo da parte del servizio MBAMSwiss Army riuscito proprio quando è caduta la linea ed ho letto che molto probabilmente è un virus.
Poi ho eliminato bdoscandel.exe, ma hijack lo segnala ancora.
Ho fatto due scansioni con Malwarebytes e Superantispyware, ma non hanno trovato nulla.
Ho allegato la scansione con Hijackthis. Grazie.

mbmaswissarmy.sys NON è affatto un malware, ma un driver di sistema di Malwarebytes' AntiMalware (che è un noto antispyware). Ne puoi trovar conferma pure QUI.

bdoscandel.exe è semplicemente l'uninstaller dell'antivirus BitDefender. Ne puoi trovar conferma pure QUI.

Nel LOG che hai postato, sicuramente da "fixare", scorgo soltanto due voci:

Mi ha colpito, inoltre, la seguente riga:

... per via del "file missing".
Il file in sé non è pericoloso affatto [ne trovi notizia pure QUI], ma ignoro quali conseguenza esattamente possa avere la sua assenza (dato che in C:/WINDOWS/system32, sul tuo computer, codesto file non c'è).
Vorrei pertanto chiederti di verificare se, da qualche parte -dentro al tuo computer- c'è un file chiamato PSASRV.EXE (scritto tutto maiuscolo, come ben vedi). Se vedi che lo trovi (e non si trova in C:/WINDOWS/system32), allora sappi che potrebbe essere un worm (come viene spiegato anche QUI). Per cui, se lo individui, vienicelo a riferire.
ATTENZIONE: NON eliminare il file C:\WINDOWS\system32\PsaSrv.exe (che par che non ci sia, ma... se mai lo ritrovassi, tu lascialo stare lì).
Di più non saprei dirti molto, ora come ora... ma son certissimo che altri, più esperti di me, sapranno bene cosa suggerirti.

Potresti, per cortesia, far controllare (sul sito VirusTotal, per esempio) il file
Psaserv.exe
che hai nella posizione
C:\Programmi\File Comuni\Lenovo (potrebbe essere invisibile, "nascosto")

Quello nella posizione C:\Windows\system 32\drivers è con tutta verosimiglianza, invece, un file regolare.

La cosa davvero importante è che risultino "puliti".
Quel che davvero conta, alla fin fine, è che il computer tuo funzioni senza alcun problema.
Ma penso che l'attuare un altro LOG (con un HijackThis scaricato di fresco da Aiutamici) non può che far del bene.

L'Hiberfile è necessario alla funzione di Ibernazione (si tratta, insomma, di un file di Sistema di Windows).
Se la funzione di Ibernazione non ti interessa, puoi tranquillamente eliminarlo (io, per esempio, l'ho fatto).
Per eliminarlo, tuttavia, c'è un solo modo: devi disabilitar l'Ibernazione nel tuo computer e poi riavviare il PC (in certi casi, è necessario disabilitare anche lo Stand-By).

Nel tuo LOG attuale, io non vedo nulla che mi paia pericoloso.
Aspetta di vedere se, magari, qualcun'altro, più esperto di me, riesce a veder laddove io non vedo.

Sai dirmi la posizione esatta di codesto Ctfmon.exe? (Hai Microsoft Office installato o ce l'hai avuto? Non mi ricordo di averne visto traccia nel tuo LOG)

Allora, si tratta di un file REGOLARE di Microsoft Office. Nessun problema, dunque (insomma, niente virus!)...
Si potrebbe disabilitarne l'avvio automatico, ma ciò potrebbe aver ripercussioni sull'effettiva efficacia del tuo Microsoft Office, per cui NON te lo consiglio.
Cosa tentare, allora?
Son sicurissimo che ti parrò noioso (e anche ripetitivo), ma... potresti, per favore, effettuare uno scandisk approfondito di ognuna delle tue Partizioni?
Non è detto risolva (anzi, non è manco probabile), però m'è capitato -una volta, e l'ho visto coi miei occhi- che un problema analogo al tuo, sul computer di una mia amica, facendo scandisk, s'è risolto quasi per incanto...
Terminati gli scandisk, prova a lanciare Office Update e vedi se c'è qualche aggiornamento alla sicurezza (o per migliorare la stabilità e le prestazioni) per Microsoft Office da installare.

Andiamo con ordine...

1) è vero che si può far scandisk solo laddove c'è una vera Partizione (non sul Lettore CD o DVD, dunque);
2) dici che le pagine ti si sono "allargate"... Si sono anche "ingrossate"? Se sì, credo dovresti reinstallare i tuoi driver della Scheda Video, perché non è impossibile che gli aggiornamenti che hai fatto abbiano scombinato qualcosina nei driver-Video presenti; andarli a reinstallare dovrebbe poter risolvere il problema;
3) credo che il file che AntiVir ti ha messo in quarantena sia realmente infetto (credo, un worm appartenente alla famiglia degli "Autorun"), come sta precisato anche QUI. Per cui, dato che in Quarantena non può far del male, ti suggerisco di lasciarlo stare lì.
