Purtroppo come ho detto nn riesco ad usare Norton, non c'è più l'icona sulla barra delle applicazioni e se tento di aprire il software mi appare sul desktop "impossibile trovare il file/programmi/file comuni/symantec shared/ccApp.exe" Ho fatto una ricerca ma sembra che nel mio disco fisso non esista nessun file con questo nome. A presto

Ci provo, ma con quale progamma?

Cara Stellina148, nn riesco a scaricare bitdefender, mi si apre un schermata bianca con scritto "impossibile visualizzare la pagina". Ti ricordo che nn sto usando Explorer x navigare (xchè nn si riesce ad aprire) ma un browser integrato a winamp, per fortuna. Mi dite un'altro sito per la scansione online che ci riprovo.

Prova a reinstallare norton su sè stesso e abilita la scansione intero sistema prima dell'installazione.

Grazie per il vs interessamento, e scusate il ritardo della mia risposta. L'unica cosa che sn riuscito a fare e scaricare AVG Rootkit e fare una scanzione. Il risultato è questo: window\system32\drivers\srosa.sys, window\ime\shared, window\ime\shared\imepaden.hlp,window\ime\imepadsm.dll, window\ime\imepadsv.exe, window\ime\shared\imlang.dll, window\system32\drivers\hidr.exe. SPERO CHE CAPIRETE QUALCOSA! da una piccola indagine, sarebbe il famigerato BAGLE. Aspetto il vs aiuto. Ciao
