Si avvia la schermata di caricamento di xp,poi, la classica bleu che dice:
si è verificato un problema e windows è stato arrestato per impedire danni al computer.
Unmountable_BOOT_Volume
Se il problema persiste,disattivare o rimuovere l'hardware o il software di nuova installazione.
Disattivare nel bios le opzioni relative alla memoria cache o shadowing.
Stop 0x000000ed (0x8233ae30,0xc0000006,0x00000000,0x0000000))
Il computer è stato spento mentre faceva aggiornamenti,penso di xp,e non si è piu' riacceso.

Com'è che te la cavi con l'inglese?
<b>Cause</b>
Your computer uses an Ultra Direct Memory Access (UDMA) hard disk controller, and the following conditions are true:
1) a) You use a standard 40-wire connector cable to connect the UDMA drive to the controller instead of the required 80-wire, 40-pin cable.
b) The basic input/output system (BIOS) settings are configured to force the faster UDMA modes.
2) The file system is damaged and cannot be mounted.
<b>RESOLUTION</b>:
1) If your computer uses a UDMA hard disk controller, use the following procedures:
a) Replace the 40-wire cable with an 80-wire UDMA cable.
b) In the BIOS settings for your computer, load the 'Fail-Safe' default settings, and then reactivate the most frequently used options such as USB Support
<font color=red><b>Damaged File System</b></font id=red>
If the second parameter (0xbbbbbbbb) of the Stop error is 0xC0000032, then the file system is damaged.
If this is the case, restart the computer to the Recovery Console, and then use the <font color=red>chkdsk /r</font id=red> command to repair the volume. After you repair the volume, check your hardware to isolate the cause of the file system damage.
To do this, use the following steps: 1. Start your computer with the Windows startup disks, or with the Windows CD-ROM if your computer can start from the CD-ROM drive.
2. When the Welcome to Setup screen appears, press R to select the repair option.
3. If you have a dual-boot or multiple-boot computer, select the Windows installation that you want to access from the Recovery Console.
4. Type the administrator password when you are prompted to do so.
<font color=green>NOTE</font id=green>: If no administrator password exists, press ENTER.
5. At the command prompt, on the drive where Windows is installed, type <font color=red>chkdsk /r</font id=red>, and then press ENTER.
6. At the command prompt, type <font color=red>exit</font id=red>, and then press ENTER to restart your computer.
If this procedure does not work, repeat it and use the <b>fixboot</b> command in step 5 instead of the "chkdsk /r" command

Caro Monsee,ti rispiego tutto per bene,allora la domanda l'ho posta ieri, non avendomi tu potuto rispondere,ho fatto cerca errore in internet e ovviamente come tu mi dici ora in inglese ho inserito il cd originale di xp, alla domanda reinstalla o digitato R e sono andato in consolle di ripristino ho dato il comando chkdsk /r si è avviato ed ha trovato è corretto gli errori sul volume e i cluster dannegiati,(credevo io,poi, ti dico perchè),ho riavviato è partito xp poi mi ha chiesto il controllo del disco (vedi domanda successiva che ho posto sempre qui in aiuto xp) ho fatto fare il controllo che constava di tre fasi,ha riparato dei cluster danneggiati,ha finito ed è partito xp.
Credevo di aver risolto,invece,ogni qualvolta riaccendo il pc vuole farmi fare il controllo del disco e ritrova gli stessi errori,se pigio il tasto entro i 10 secondi e vado avanti,xp si riavvia e procede tutto bene,se invece gli rifaccio fare il controllo del disco mi riappare la famosa schermata dell'errore Unmountable_BOOT_Volume
e il pc è inchiodato al punto di partenza,ma, la cosa stranissima invece,che mentre è inchiodato sulla schermata suddetta,se riavvio con il tasto reset piccolino,si riavvia richiede il controllo, annullo, vado avanti e tutto va bene.
Cosa posso fare o mitico monsee senza formattare???

Prova con chkdsk /f /r da console di ripristino, dai anche un fixmbr sempre da console se hai in C: installato windows altrimenti fixmbr [nome_periferica]
sempre da console di ripristino.
