Direi che il tuo "file sospetto" (la voce che hai posto in evidenza, intendo), non è assolutamente niente di "maligno" e che, se fossi in te, lo lascerei in santa pace.
Per il resto, non mi sbilancio: è meglio se aspetti altri pareri più autorevoli del mio...

Non è niente di pericoloso. Ha a che fare con IE7. Vai tranquillo.
