Ho provato a rimuovere in modalità provvisoria files tipo:

ma al riavvio sono sempre là. Come eliminarli definitivamente?

Avvia hijackthis e fixa le due voci:

Dai una ripulita ai files inutili,temp etc con Ccleaner
http://ccleaner.com/ccdownload.asp
PS:prima di usarlo vai in opzioni--->avanzate e togli la spunta da:(elimina file solo se piu vecchi di 48 ore)

Ritorna in modalità normale,riattiva il ripristino config.di sistema e vedi come va..

Al limite fai anche uno scan online:
