salve, ho proceduto con una scansione online con bit defender, il quale mi ha rilevato una serie di virus, troiani e spywere, come da elenco che allego, domanda : come faccio a cancellare quelli che non sono stati tolti automaticamente? ringrazio da subito per le competenti risposte

Vai a PANNELLO DI CONTROLLO e clicca su OPZIONI INTERNET
nella finestra che si apre clicca i tre pulsanti
ELIMINA COOKIES - ELIMINA FILE - CANCELLA CRONOOLOGIA

utilizza i programmi AD-AWARE e SPYBOT indicati in questo articolo

e sempre in modalità provvisoria fai una scansione Antivirus di tutto il sistema, se non disponi di un antivirus é inutile eliminare i file infetti manualmente, il virus si replicherebbe, se il file infetto é uno di sistema, in questo caso conviene formattare il disco fisso e reinstallare tutto.

quindi riavvia il computer e controlla se il problema e risolto, se e tutto OK riattiva il ripristino configurazione disattivato all'inizio di questa procedura e crea un nuovo punto di ripristino, leggi qui alla voce 8

Allora sei stato proprio sfortunato

comunque quelli che non riuscivi a eliminare era perchè si trovano nella cartella RESTORE dove l'antivirus non ha accesso di scrittura, disattivando il ripristino di configurazione si elimina tutto il contenuto della cartella restore, da dove il virus verrebbe ricaricato.

Se utilizzi il Norton, la scansione on line falla solo da questo indirizzo
