Ciao Alfonso, riesccomi questa volta con il log del pc portatile del ragazzo di mia figlia. Aveva il Norton antivirus e un tecnico gliel'ha disinstallato per installare un certo Client office scan (che tra l'altro non mi lascia nemmeno disintsllare perché richiede una password), ho comunque reinstallato il Norton, aggiornato ecc. ma all'avvio del pc il Norton mi da questo messaggio: "Alcune impostazioni di un prodotto Symantec sono state alterate da un programma non autorizzato. Ciò può indicare che qualcuno o un virus sta tentando di disattivare la protezione. Per evitare problemi, le impostazioni saranno ripristinate alla configurazione precedente e il sistema verrà riavviato. Fare clic su OK per continuare". Il sistema però non viene riavviato da solo. Officescan e un prodotto della TrendMicro, quindi per installare il Norton devi prima disinstallare il concorrente in quanto non e possibile avere due antivirus installati.

Per fare un controllo antivirus on line vai a questo indirizzo
