Nell'avviare outlook express mi si disconette internet.Nella sezione Timeout del server ho impostato i parametri max 5 min..perchè nell'inviare un file musicale zippato compariva il mes..0x800ccc19.Può essere questo il problema? Quando scarichi la posta, compare una finestra dove c'é un quadratino, se questo quadratino e spuntato permette di chiudere il collegamento quando ha terminato il prelievo della posta, togli la spunta per non chiudere il collegamento.

Controla comunque se hai virus nel sistema, riavvia in modalità provvisoria, leggi qui

Se tornando indietro nel punto di ripristino hai risolto il problema, probabilmente qualcosa era stato danneggiato nei file di sistema, il problema che OE chiuda la connessione al suo avvio non e normale, a meno che, come ho già detto appena dopo aver prelevato la posta non chiuda la connessione per via di quella opzione, se non lo vedi perché e troppo veloce, se si verifica ancora, prova a inviarti un file voluminoso, uno o due Mb cosi potrai disattivare quell'opzione mentre scarica il file.
