se reinstallo o provo disistallare mi dice sempre... setup could not determine the feature control file or was not able to read it correctly

fatto lo stesso, ho avviato il programma di installazione e li ho cliccato su remove all poi ho rinstallato ed è andato a buon fine.
una cosa volevo chiederti ma avira come ho visto ha il fireware non posso usare quello?

ah lo devo scaricare lo stesso il programma per disattivare le chiavi

bhooooooo ho fatto come ti ho descritto prima, ho fatto disinstalla con il programma di avvio di avira si è disinstallato tutto poi ho reinstallato avira_premium_security_suite_en


e adesso funziona tutto ho appena installato avira e lo configurato efatto uno scan e ha trovato dei virus che li ha eliminati...

Anche a me e'successo lo stesso, pero' devo dire che e' una procedura abbastanza impegnativa, che penso non rifaro', l'ho fatta perche sono uno smanettone e non mi importa di nulla, la prossima volta, se capita, ricorro ad Acronis True Image e' molto piu' spiccio e pratico,percio' un consiglio a tutti: fatevi un immagine con acronis a PC pulito e via, ciao a tutti.

1. Clicca su Kaspersky Online Scanner
2. Clicca su Accept
3. Partirà un Update
4. Vai nella colonna di sinistra dov'è scritto Scan e scegli my computer
5. Al termine della scansione in fondo a destra trovi la voce View Scan Report. Cliccaci sopra e poi clicca su Save "Save Report As" e salvalo sul desktop.

La scansione richiede il java della sun e l'accettazione del controllo activex
Per effettuare la scansione, portati sulla pagina di kaspersky, devi avere solo quella pagina aperta, disattiva il tuo antivirus, lancia la scansione, dopo che avrà caricato tutti i files del database e comincerà a scansionare puoi anche disconnettere il pc da internet e lasciarlo lavorare.
