Per prima cosa usa ADWCleaner per togliere le inutili toolbar installate e fare un po di pulizia poi fai una scansione completa con Malwarebytes aggiornato.
Dopo lancia CCleaner/Strumenti/Avvio disattiva tutti i servizi e programmi che partono in automatico tranne l'antivirus(il processo è reversibile).
