vorrei essere aiutato per quanto riquarda il mio pc ho un sacco di problemi mi va lentissimo da un po di tempo visto che internet explorer viaggiava lento ho istallato firefox pero con firefox non mi fa fare alcune cose che facevo prima quindi ho deciso di tornare indietro solo che mozilla firefox non me lo fa disistallare piu mentre se apro internet explorer il pc si incchioda non so piu come fare se per favore qualcuno puo aiutarmi a ripulire del tutto e partire da zero con il mio pc

Scarica Adwcleaner sul desktop:

Clicca sul pulsante "Elimina".
Conferma con OK le varie finestre che ti compariranno.
Il pc si riavvierà, e uscirà il log con le eliminazioni.
Postalo qui.

Poi:
Scarica OTL, e salvalo sul desktop:

http://oldtimer.geekstogo.com/OTL.exe

Clicca sull'icona di OTL che trovi sul tuo desktop .

Metti la spunta su SCAN ALL USERS.

Sotto output, metti la spunta : minimal output

Clicca sulla freccettina di File Age e seleziona 60 Days

Metti la spunta a LOP Check e Purity Check.

Clicca su RUN SCAN

Lascia fare la scansione senza interferire.

Al termine della scansione trovi 2 log sul desktop. OTL.txt ed Extras.txt, salvali e caricali su Wikisend, per postarli sul forum.

Potresti disistallarlo con Revo Unistaller:

aloora in precedenza a vevo provato a disistallare mozzila da impostazioni ed applicazioni e non me lo faceva disistallare ora ho provato sia con revo unistaller che da istallazioni applicazioni in modalita provissoria ma niente e ancora li non me lo elimina

ma scaricando sp3 il sp2 viene disistallato automaticamente
