Salve,
negli ultimi mesi ho notato un progressivo rallentamento del mio notebook Asus (win7 64 bit), soprattutto quando apro delle cartelle e quando accendo e spengo il computer. Quel coso tondo che gira mostrando il caricamento dei programmi (o il caricamento delle pagine web quando navigo) procede a scatti, non è più un movimento fluido come ai primi tempi... E in effetti il programma (o la pagina web) ci mette di più a caricarsi. Quando spengo il notebook, in particolare, mi appare sullo schermo "In attesa della chiusura del programma" per pochi secondi, senza nessuna indicazione di quale programma sia. Poi comunque il computer si spegne lo stesso...

Prima cosa rimuovi SpyBot e poi reinstallalo senza attivare il TeaTimer.
Poi chiudi tutti i programmi e disconnesso fixa e rimuovi le seguenti voci:

Poi, questo programma lo conosci: GamesBar\SearchEngineProtection.exe, altrimenti eliminalo.
Installa QUESTO programma, lo aggiorni e poi fai una scansione COMPLETA non veloce, elimina tutto quello che trova, posta il log.
Fai una pulizia con Ccleaner compreso il registro.
Fai sapere come va il pc.

Per quanto riguarda spybot, leggi la scheda di alfonso che spiega come non attivare il tea Timer, QUI.
Malwarebytes 32bit va bene anche su Seven a 64bit.
Elimina GamesBar e dopo fai una pulizia con Ccleaner compreso il registro.

IELowutil.exe è un file legato a IE che hai installato sul pc anche se non lo usi mai,perciò è un file legittimo e sicuro.

Service Pack 1 ? Windows non lo installa da solo con gli aggiornamenti? Se no, dove lo trovo? E' gratuito?
