non riesco ad aggiornare il browser Opzioni

Ho provato chrome ma nel momento dell'installazione mi chiede una connessione internet per terminare l'installazione quindi non riesce a terminare la procedura

prova le versioni USB PACK lì'unica differenza e che si trovano tutti in una cartella dal nome PortableApps, le versioni USB PACK non devono scaricare nulla da internet, prova firefox.

Comunque se non si connette posso anche capirlo, ma perché con IE6 si e con altri no, non ha senso.

Niente... continuo a non visualizzare la pagina

adesso provo con la versione pack... si con IE6 vado bene ma ho bisogno di versione più aggiornata

Facciamo un'altra prova, disinstalla Panda Cloud Antivirus per vedere se è lui che blocca la connessione

al suo posto installa Microsoft Security Essentials

visto che hai anche delle voci del Norton, usa Norton Removal Tool per eliminare le tracce rimaste del Norton

Quindi con IE6 non riesci a collegarti neanche con il Windows update per scaricare gli aggionamenti?

Buonasera.. in risposta ad alfondo col portatile riesco a collegarmi ad internet SOLO con IE6 se faccio gli aggiornamenti windows update mi installa anche IE8 e al momento che apro il browser non riesco più a navigare... in pratica io riesco ad andare in internet solo con la vecchia versione.... tutti i giochi online che richiedono quindi una connessione non vanno come se il sistema non vedesse che la connessione c'è


Adesso seguo le istruzioni di r16 e vi posto il log

Segui queste operazioni:
Scarica TFC by OldTimer sul desktop
http://oldtimer.geekstogo.com/TFC.exe
chiudi tutti i programmi
avvia TFC, clicca su "start"
al termine della scansione ti chiederà il riavvio, dai ok.

Per eliminare i vari Tooll scaricati:
Scarica OTC by OldTimer sul desktop:
http://oldtimer.geekstogo.com/OTC.exe
doppio clic per eseguirlo
Clicca su CleanUp.
Ti chiederà di riavviare il pc.
Clicca sì.

Disattiva il ripristino configurazione di sistema, e tienilo disattivato, fino alla soluzione del problema http://guide.aiutamici.com/guide?C1=7&C2=68&ID=80121

Dai una pulita (registro compreso)con CCleaner http://www.aiutamici.com/software?ID=11223
Poi:
Provvedi a svuotare del suo contenuto la cartella Prefetch :
clicca su Risorse del Computer
clicca su Disco locale C:
cerca, all’interno delle cartelle che saranno visualizzate la cartella Windows, aprila ed, al suo interno, cerca la cartella Prefetch, la apri ed elimina tutte le voci conservate al suo interno ( non eliminare la cartella)
SVUOTA IL CESTINO
Poi:
Lancia Hijackthis e pulisci gli ADS in questo modo:(esclusivamente, su partizioni in NTFS):
clicca sulla voce Open the misc tool section
clicca su Open ads spy
togli la spunta alla voce Quick scan (windows base folder only)
clicca su Scan.
Aspetta pazientemente la fine della scansione.
se venissero rilevati ADS, spunta tutte (senza paura) le caselline e clicca su Remove selected

Fai uno ScanDisk, e una deframmentazione del HD.
Riattiva il ripristino configurazione di sistema e, se tutto è a posto, creane uno nuovo.

Benissimo, grazie a r16 che ha risolto il problema

invece di creare un punto di ripristino, che non serve praticamente a nulla, fai una copia di riserva del sistema, cosi la prossima volta che hai problemi non devi stare a perdete tempo in riparazioni, ti basta ripristinare la copia e il sistema torna esattamente come era nel momento che l'avevi creato

Bene ho fatto tutto ed ho aggiornato anche IE alla versione 8 e va una bomba... non so come ringraziarvi siete stati davvero grandi e professionali come sempre.... un bacione a tutti
