Semplice, il tuo messaggio è troppo grande per essere spedito.



Infatti la dimensione massima di invio consentita è di 1.048.576 byte
Il tuo messaggio è grande invece, probabilmente a causa di un allegato, 1.156.482 byte

Si esatto, la tua posta (non sul tuo pc, ma sul server) non supporta allegati più grandi di quella soglia.

Quindi o ti fai ridurre il file, altrimenti di al tuo amico di usare un servizio di invio file gratuito, per esempio www.rapidshare.com, che permette di condividere gratis file di massimo 500 MegaByte.
Quando lui ha caricato il file su quel sito ti spedirà il link per scaricarlo.
