Il precedente topic stava diventando troppo lungo, perciò ho pensato fosse meglio aprirne uno nuovo.

“Di seguito allego, come mi avete suggerito, i due LOG (HijackThis e Combo) ma, con l'occasione segnalo che, mentre Combo componeva il suo LOG, si è aperta la solita finestra che mi chiedeva di autorizzare il cambio del solito file: regedit.exe %1 %*, associato al sistema operativo Microsoft Windows- Microsoft corporation.”
Problema risolto: Ho autorizzato Scotty, perché ho visto che si trattava del collegamento ad una pagina, in inglese, del sito di WinPatrol.

Mi era cambiata la pagina di Google, che ora è misteriosamente tornata come prima.
Mi arriva l’avviso di errore di Microsoft (quella che invita a segnalare l’errore), ogni volta che apro Microsoft Outlook e ricevo posta.
Per vedere di rimediare a quest’ultimo ho anche disinstallato e reinstallato Office 2003. Inutilmente.

Spero proprio che voi riusciate a trovare qualche inghippo nei 2 LOG.

Forse ad interpretare la situazione, ma io Microsoft Outlook lo vedo nell'elenco di Microsoft Office, assieme a Word, excell, ecc.

Infatti, lo penso anch'io. Ma Microsoft Office non ha vera necessità di beccar qualche virus per presentar magagne... Si tratta di una suite complessa: accade che, talora, s'acciacchi qualcosa... e -allora- son dolori! Devo riconoscer che con OpenOffice si vive parecchio più sereni e più tranquilli: le cose, spesso, funzionano (semmai, siam noi Utenti che non sappiamo tirar fuori "il meglio" dal programma, dato che son ben pochi quelli che si preoccupano di studiarsi delle Guide all'utilizzo di OpenOffice), e le magagne son per davvero rare.

Credo che il problema, Curiosit sia che imposti male l'account per quello che concerne la "posta in uscita".
Se vuoi, ti posso dare io una mano a riprovar di nuovo.
Mi serve sapere: con quale Provider di connessione ti colleghi? qual'è il "dominio" della tua casella e-mail? (il dominio è la parte del tuo indirizzo email che segue la famosa "chiocciolina")... Ti colleghi via ADSL? Fammi sapere questo, dopo di che potremo cominciare a ragionare.

Non c'è una sola cosa -fra tutte quelle che hai scritto- che possa minimamente servire.
Quel che mi serve è sapere:
1) con quale Provider di connessione ti colleghi;
2) qual'è il dominio della tua casella email;
3) che tipo di connessione usi (56k? ADSL?)
Tutto qui... Che usi Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 per scaricar la posta, l'ho capito (è un programma che conosco, giacché ce l'ho pure io... proprio in versione Professional). Che tu abbia XP è rilevante, ma fino a un certo punto (irrilevante, invece, il Service Pack). Potrebbe aver qualche importanza (scarsa, comunque, fino a prova contraria) quale Service Pack di Microsoft Office tu abbia installato. Ma non mi serve, adesso: mi servono i tre dati che t'ho chiesto, al fine di poterti spiegare come fare a inviare (posto che sia possibile) le tue email...

Un server spagnolo che assolutamente non conosco...
Ma, visto che ti connetto usando lo stesso Server, dovrebbe funzionare senza alcun problema.

Si tratta di un POP3, per il quale devi inserire:

come "server della posta in entrata": pop3.ono.com
come "server della posta in uscita": smtp.ono.com

Controlla se son davvero questi i valori che hai settato.
Sappi che il limite per gli allegati è di 10 MB (l'invio fallisce automaticamente, dunque, se l'allegato è di 10 Mb o più).
Non è da spuntare la voce "il Server richiede autenticazione".

Curiosit, mi sembra che anziché parlare, stiamo facendo fra noi una specie di "lezione di lingua straniera". Sai, un po' come se dicessimo frasi del tipo: "Bella giornata, oggi: c'è un mare che pare olio. Pagando, potrebbe incartarmele, due arance?"... "No, non apprezzo affatto l'aria di montagna... Però, se davvero ci tiene, le do il mio temperamatite"...

Ma, riprendendo il filo del nostro colloquiare ameno: li hai impostati in modo esatto il server della posta in entrata e quello della posta in uscita? Hai controllato che l'impostazione da te data sia uguale identica a quella che t'ho indicato io?

Perché, se li hai impostati davvero così, è arcisicuro che dovrebbe funzionarti tutto quanto (così come funziona alle altre decine di migliaia di Utenti che usano il tuo stesso dominio email). Il fatto che tu riceva, mi dice che hai impostato correttamente il server della "posta in entrata", Ma il fatto che tu non riesca ad inviare, mi dice che è impostato erroneamente il server della tua "posta in uscita" (o che c'è una spiunta in qualche posto in cui invece non dovrebbe proprio esserci). Di qui, non si scappa.
Mettiti il cuore in pace: hai impostato male il server della "posta in uscita". Non c'è altra possibile ragione per quello che t'accade.
Che tu possa aver impostato bene il "server della posta in uscita" (e -al contempo- male qualcos'altro) durante "una delle varianti tentate", non sta a significare niente: o imposti bene TUTTO, o ti da sempre errore. Non devi "tentare delle varianti": devi semplicemente impostar bene entrambi i server (dunque. imposta bene il "server della posta in uscita" [NON "per varianti", ma ESATTAMENTE come vien suggerito nella pagina Web in spagnolo che ti ho linkato] e vedrai che tutto ti funzionerà a dovere).
